Recent Projects - 2010

November 2010: Supported the Beaumont singers and Orchestra playing 'The Christmas Oratorio' by J.S.Bach at St Cuthbert's Church, Wells. Conductor Peter Kingston.

October 2010: Orchestral Family Favourites Prestige Concert with Wells Cathedral School's Symphony Orchestra at Colston Hall, Bristol and Wells Cathedral. Conductor Christopher Adey.

October 2010: Participated in Matt Perry's Timpani Master Class at the AGM of the National Association of Percussion Teachers.

September 2010: Gala Concert with James Buckle [bass trombone] at Wells Cathedral School. The Programme included:

◊ Blues for Gilbert by Mark Glentworth

◊ Real and Unreal by Chris Stearn - duet

◊ Virginia Tate by Paul Smadbeck

◊ Glasgoch by Tom Goff - duet[World Premiere].

September 2010: Supported Tredegar Town Band to win the British Open Brass Band Championships at Symphony Hall, Birmingham. The test piece was 'On The Shoulders of Giants' by Peter Graham. Musical director Ian Porthouse.

July 2010: Cardiff County Youth Orchestra tour of Italy playing 'William Tell Overture' by Rossini and 'Slavonic Dances' op.46 by Dvorak. Conductor Eric Phillips.
